Refund Policy

At our boutique, we take pride in the exclusivity and quality of our small-batch collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges:

Since our designs are limited edition (5–10 designs per release), exchanges are subject to stock availability. We primarily offer exchanges for size adjustments or confirmed product defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard billing cycle.
